I don't think there's a definite period of time to expect results. It probably took until until after the second infusion for me but I've had MS for decades. I hope it works for you as it has for me. I've been on Ocrevus since 2018.

My transition from tysabri to Ocrevus was seamless. I didn't notice any changes, 😁

It hasn’tbeen a month yet but I look forward to a new beginning👍🏻🙏🏻

Ocrevus works well for me since 2020. After my infusion, I feel the effects from three weeks to a month after. I'll ask my neurologist if that's normal.
