Hello John, yes I've had this symptom on and off for several years now. My neurologist prescribed me prochlorperazine 5mg to take when and if needed (PRN) so if I feel it coming on I can now take this for a few days until I feel it has passed. I'd tried anything and everything that people had suggested! Nothing worked so I spoke to my neurologist. Hope you get some help and like me you're able to learn to live with it. For me that's what I've done with all my MS symptoms, learn to adapt to them and keep going! Hope this may help you, take care😊

I get benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) occasionally. Not sure if it's related to my MS though

Yes quite often, but I've suffered migraines since i was a kid and had vertigo when they were really bad.
