sometimes in bed and almost wake up, i realise im awake, but i lie there, cant/wont move thinking that ive passed away and im looking down at myself & worrying what that my family will find me dead… its so weird, but believable 😓 anybody else had/experienced this ☺️🙁

I don't know if it's a MS hug. I have experience the most intense pain of my life from pain starting in shoulder points then nausea then puke and extreme pain in chest worse in my life. Limbs go spastic uncontrollable urge to move but movement makes worse
Last 10 to 30 minutes
Longest 30 minutes of my life brought on by stress poor eatting dehydration.

I think what you've experienced is called s'sleep paralysis' 🥺 I get it sometimes and without warning. My daughter also gets it too..scares the living daylights out if her as she's Autistic 🥺 but if you can, exile it's happening..breathe and repeat it in your head until uou come out of it. Also tell yourself nothing bad is going to happen, let it ride out..get calmer and it will go finally. Usually its a short space if time but it feels like forever 😭😭

well for me it kind of feels like an elictricified hug i almost want to hold my breath because with every breath it feels like my chest/ lungs heart get a tight electrical surge. usually passes with in 15 to 30 minutes.

This was like somebody was flushing my whole body through with warm love, Almost an out of body experience and I felt like I couldn’t move, until a hour or fo at too short notice cof hours though that I was going to make it until morning
