I actually spoke to my Neurologist about Lion’s Mane and they stated could help in feeling more alert.

I know there is a article on Lion’s Mane on website. But I want to hear from those benefiting from it or the opposite.

All, I do not Google about things of this nature. There is a health store I go to that has the product.

I believe in the conventional side as well as the natural side of health care. 🙂

Thanks for the responses!

Lion's Mane for myelin repair in MS is a real grasping for straws.
There are no studies, or proof that it does anything at all.
I tried it for six months to no avail, just spent a lot of money for nothing.
