Yes I use Fampyra and if I don’t one day I notice the effects huge. I have had no side effects form taking it.

A dr I like recommended it for me ...I been off treatment n doing better ...she says it help nerve conduction in your legs...but I'm jogging some in spurts on treadmill and walking 2 miles almost everyday...

I tried Ampyra & the generic & they both made me so dizzy I could hardly walk. Needless to say, I wasn’t on them for long.

10 years for me, PPMS with a virtually dead left leg and I can't walk without it.
