How common is lower back pain?

I know there are many reasons for back pain, but can spasticity cause lower back pain? Or am I just out of shape?

i have spasticity in the back and yep, can cause a mess of pain. imagining a demon pianist tapping along every single tiny muscle group, causing them to ripple and twist. YEP, it hurts

I had an MRI on my lumbar back and it showed a very messed up one. Herniated disks and other stuff that's wrong. I guess I'm saying don't just blame MS for the pain. Best of luck to you. Bright blessings!!
