None of us can do everything. Each of us has things that we can, and have to do, for ourselves. Some things are hard, and some are things that others will do for us, if we choose to let them.

What is it that you do do, or could do, that you need to find the driver, and what is it that you push yourself with?

What motivates me when I stubbornly push my grocery cart instead of giving in to leg weakness and use the granny carts, is I think it really helps to keeping me upright! And more mobile. 🥰

To prove to others and myself that I can still do stuff. I'm not a fan of letting anyone down😎

Seriously, sheer will. Plus a need to be there for family and friends. It's that simple for me.

I am motivated to do the dishes. Sometimes I bake or make dinner. I do those things because I have to. Sometimes I want to. It's important to do things that are therapeutic to me. Baking is my therapy. I get so angry when my tremors prevent me from doing things properly, but I have to remember to give myself a little grace with that.
