How do you all find motivation? I really want to get better at stretching mostly, but I always feel so drained. What helps get you going?

I am having a difficult time with this as well. I used to do floor yoga and it made a difference. I encourage you as I am myself! Set a time and place and get through one week at a time- after a month it should get easier. Most things are habit.

How I feel afterward motivates me. I also use it as a quiet, meditative time with music.

I inject b12 twice a month and it really helps with my energy levels!

I like Les Mills balance class. It's like yoga to music. I am hopeless at exercising regularly at home, so I try to get to the gym and join in the group of women who are loving it too. I always find I have loads more energy after, so I make myself go, even if my legs are really tired. :)

Having a hard time answering this as I'm in the tail end of an exacerbation right now. Or the beginning of a new one. I've been sick for a couple months...I don't really know what's going on.

My belief in God and my love for my family motivates me. I want to struggle to be the best i can for them, whatever that is. It's a lot less than it used to be, granted, but it's still a lot more than nothing.
