I have fatigue but I also have trouble actually falling asleep. I take medications for restless legs and pain at night, I also take medication to help with sleep, so I do get some. I do end up taking naps most days. Once asleep I only wake up due to my bladder not working the way it should. Do other people have issues falling asleep?

I do the same Kd wear myself out. I feel that keeps me strong, keeps me moving and helps me sleep at times.

I have trouble with sleep also. I usually take Tylenol PM. If I don't, I fall asleep but only sleep a couple hours and then wake up and can't get back to sleep. Even so 5 to 6 hours of sleep is an average night for me with the occasional 7 hours.

Have you seen a sleep doctor? I was taking lunesta, melatonin, and benadryl nightly to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. After some tests it turns out that I am laying down and going to sleep my diaphragm isn’t strong enough to work. I am now on a machine at night.
It has definitely helped.
I am waking up more refreshed.
