I have been complaining about that to every Dr I've seen. Last answer I got was to take melatonin..
I guess it helps but not as much as a nightcap

I am a night owl. I also have racing thoughts and worry if I can’t sleep and that drives me crazy. So I stay up till I am so sleepy I don’t think just sleep.

@A MyMSTeam Member I struggle with sleep, I take Ambien some nights to help me sleep. And the nights I can get to sleep on my own I always wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep.

I struggle to sleep and also have racing thoughts, I find that im always over thinking things that are happening in my life and about the future.

I do suffer with anxiety, I catastrophise every situation and aslo suffer with unpleasant intrusive thoughts. I think its down to mental health for me personally, but I guess having MS plays a part because of the uncertainty and unpredictability of the disease.
