Absolutely, see my story as just transitioned to SPMS after 30a+ years of RRMS.

Secondary progressive MS sometimes develops after relapsing. It requires a lot of observation for the dx. Primary progressive is a separate dx.

That unfortunately is the fate that a lot of us will suffer..progression.
