I eat (scrambled) eggs, nut trail mix snack, protein foods and drink a bunch of water
No red meat, alcohol,
I try to eat lots of protein, vegetables and fruit". I stay away from carbs and fats as much has possible.
Yes in Europe its not welcomed GMO’S: Genetic Modified Organisms unlike the USA more than 95% of are fruit and vegetables have it unless you buy expensive Organic or grow your own.
Like a lot of us I stick to lots of veggies, fruits and leafy greens, the darker the better. Mostly lean meat like chicken and fish. I try to eat as much organic and free range as I can find and afford. I can’t have dairy anymore but I do buy alternatives like coconut milk ( with just coconut & water, no guar gum or any other junky ingredients), non dairy yogurt made with cashew milk or almond milk and frozen berries are a yummy dessert.
I always check ingredients. I stay away from canola oil, any other like sunflower or palm oil, fructose, dextrose, basically any ingredient I can’t spell or pronounce. I only use Pink Himalayan salt instead of white. I cook with cold pressed coconut oil and dress my salads with extra virgin olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon 🍋
I also season some of my meals with turmeric or ginger as well as drink turmeric bone broth occasionally, again when I can afford it. All of these keeps me going but the one thing that really makes a different for me is intermittent fasting. I try to eat all my daily meals within an eight hour period. A couple of times a month I fast for 36 hours sometimes up to forty. It is amazing how much the numbness in my legs goes down. It’s like a reset for your nervous system.
