I do.Itโ€™s a learning process as well.I donโ€™t like needles itโ€™s very different.It does help me but I still have mobility issues.

I found that injecting in the belly fat is nearly painless. The leg was a no go for me, It was very painful. I do have muscular legs and that might have something to do with it. Look up the pinch, pull, push technique. It works great. Btw- you don't need a lot of belly fat for it to work. I'm 6'3" and 180lbs.

I'm on it... had stomach issues the first day, not bad though, after that,fine...it has helped some, I have been on it for a couple of months, can feel it helping me, hope it helps you too ๐Ÿ‘
