Tecfidera for 6 years , took a couple weeks for my stomach to adjust but I’ve had no new lesions on my MRIs since I started taking it

it seems to be different for everyone .

@A MyMSTeam Member I don't recall what the recent brain MRI shows but my last one in 2021 showed the lesions on the left side of my brain along with "black holes"
