We have a pirple medium firm and love it, the only thing I wish we got was it a bit softer but sleep like a rock on it and it has a cooling effect.
I have an adjustable bed frame Top and bottom adjust and has heat and massage....and mattress with cooling effect.
We spent so much money on a Sleep No 10 in 2009, and my husband wanted to change it up last year. I didn't want to give it up but we did. We now have a Cool Icon mattress from Sit & Sleep. It was way more reasonable that when we purchased the Sleep No one. Pretty comfy, does NOT take away any of my back pain though. Good Luck, @A MyMSTeam Member!
