I got a cooling vest, neck wrap and wrist things from MSAA last year. They really helped.

Grabbed a neck fan last night. It helps a lot. Also grabbed some cooling rags. They seem to help as well.

MSAA has neck wraps free for ms patients.

I've heard people have had good results at maintaining a reasonable body temperature by using a neck fan. You can see options if you type neck fan on Amazon.com
