I have PB walking and speaking and I living alone I can be with someone or being alone, no limits for me

Ok, 1st foot Therapy day!!! Went well! I will have 4 weeks with 3 sessions a week! $30 each time I go. If it will help, I'll be ok with that. Going to walk to Bingo tonight. Hopefully I will win something 🙏 help pay for this Therapy!!!! 😉 Have a great night everyone!

I went to our pool again tonight 7:15-8:15 but stayed for another 20 to dry. I walk in there for 15 minutes, then hold a noodle and twist my waist back and forth like a washing machine for 15, then hold the noodle with my neck/chin and swim with arms and legs for 15 minutes, then walk again for the last 15 minutes. Tomorrow I will be going to seminar to see about health insurance. Hopefully to see about Health First insurance. Tuesday I have a dentist appointment. Wednesday! Yes! I will be going to get my foot evaluation done about my plantar fasciitis. :) PT here I come! I will keep you updated. Have a nice night everyone!

Today was a good day for me. I had the indoor heated pool all to myself 😂😂
