On Samsung voice and all don't be embarrassed and don't feel as if you are unable to speak what you need to. We all have our own different things. With this disease. And with that being said, there are plenty out here who have the same elements or mental anguish. Please give us your voice and someone out. Here is probably in need appearing.

I have posted a few times, but sometimes I feel embarrassed to say what I'm feeling (M.S.) I try to downplay the way I feel, but Mental Health, is taboo, my inner feelings are part of depression (M.S.), and even worse when you are home with my spouse, and there is no one to talk to about it, if I bring it up, he right away goes on defense, (like is it me, am I causing this, what you gonna leave me) so I just keep it in, and go to bed early.
