Hello PforPositive. I've been taking Fosamax faithfully once a week for well over a year. I haven't stopped having falls but I've stopped having fractures. My 'bone doctor' sent me for a blood test, one I wasn't familiar with. Anyhow, the bone test showed that my bones were stronger than they had been. I'm not usually so uninformed about the point of my lab tests. Looks like the Fosamax works even though it's a nuisance to take it first thing every Thursday morning. So here's a thumbs of for Fosamax.
