Maybe I'm blessed that most of my family and friends don't offer advice. I do know I eat meat and don't take any meds for MS. But it has nothing to do with my diet but more to do with my age.

I actually had a good friend send me the youtube link for the testimony of a man who happened to have ms and psoriasis (I think ๐Ÿค”) using the carnivore diet to lessen symptoms. I was also amused. Since diagnosed with PPMS over a year ago I have had so many well meaning people send me a host of different diets (each of which seem to conflict with one another ie. vegan, low fat, keto, plant based, carnivore etc.) that have helped someone they heard of or stumbled upon while researching via Google. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I try to remember that most mean well. So I smile, say thank you for the information I will look into it and change the subject. There are days though...
