Yay

I did my injection manually this morning & double iced .. so far so good. 🤞

The autoinjector seems to make it better than manual injections. I have never tried benadryl cream, but I will try that too. Ice packs before and after injections help out with the redness and painful lumps. It does keep the swelling down.
