As I near my 50th birthday, I am experiencing evidence of hormonal changes/perimenopause and seemingly am having more symptoms in recent months. I regrettably "googled" MS & menopause and did not enjoy reading the results. Therefore, I am gearing myself up for conversations with my doctors so that I can address what may be ahead of me. Any insight is appreciated!

I thought heat intolerance was awful before I went though the change. I always felt like I walked through life with a low grade fever. Now, with the change, cold effects me too. But those hot flashes are something else, @A MyMSTeam Member. I take a daily sublingual drops by BalancedFemme, it is a liquid herbal formula with black cohosh root in it. Good Luck!

I went through menopause years before my MS diagnosis and it was basically, here one month and gone the next. No kinds of symptoms

I’m 52years old and I have been going through menopause for that last 3 years. I have been lucky. I am able to go through it without any real problems

@A MyMSTeam Member I feel for you. I surely hope my cycle isn't still going at 55. 😅
Wishing you the best with your upcoming hysterectomy.
Thanks for responding!
