Has anyon5e heard of anyone getting treated for parasites for MS

I keep seeing information that when they do autopsy on people with MS that they find parasites

Parasites like ringworm were used as treatment for MS, as they switch the immune system from inflammatory TH1 to allegic TH2 which is more protective, but trials were inconclusive.

When people are dead, with or without MS,they have parasites I think
