Televisits are generally about 30 minutes. In-person visits are 45-1hr. Oftentimes, I will get off the Zoom call or leave the Neuro and I feel "unfulfilled". I'll still have things I need to talk about, symptoms to go over, or questions I have. There's still time left, it's just sometimes the doc seems to be "in a hurry." When you ask only during the appointment you have only your memory to remember the questions/answers
With the log you can remember what was going on two years ago, with the memory alone it's complicated
I'm impressed you get that much time. I'm trying to change neuros as no televisits from mine and my appointments average 9 minutes! Had a 4 minute appointment recently to discuss serious DMT side effects and Dr walked in asking what DMT I was on! You have a right to ask questions and get answers you understand. Not just medical speak many of us don't understand. Be strong and courageous!
I have trouble writing, I have Essential Tremor, but I would write down any concerns before the appointment. I have my partner do that for me. That works for me.
