Even now as fall is upon us here in southcentral Alaska, with the rain and cooler temperatures, I'm already starting to feel more painful, and have my balance problems start back up again. In winter I have worsening depression also. With nerve pain combined with inflammation in my upper thighs and worsening numbness in my right leg. I'm having to get my cane back out already.

The MS Focus Foundation has vests as well during a different time of year. You can get a new one every three years. This last time I ordered like a thing that goes around your waist and cools your back. I don't think it looks like what was advertised but it does help.
The heat is the worst for me, but extreme cold is just as bad. Or Humidity in any temperature.

No because me and the cold 🥶 are best friends but me and the heat 🥵 are enemies by far. I am so glad that the fall season is approaching……..
