I take Neurontin for night sweats because my Neuro said it would stop it. Not! I have drenching day sweats too. It's so gross...I never feel clean and I shower evert single day. I take gummies for sleep and pain. They do help some.

Based on the knowledge base:

- Medical Marijuana for MS: Clinical trials have shown that cannabis-derived drugs, including synthetic versions of THC like dronabinol and nabilone, might help with MS symptoms such as muscle contractions, bladder dysfunction, and pain. However, the effectiveness is still uncertain, and more research is needed.
- Topical CBD: Some people with MS have found relief from pain using topical CBD products. These do not cause a "high" and have been studied for their effects on inflammation and the immune system.

Alternatives:
- Topical Treatments: Products like Tiger Balm, Icy Hot, AleveX Pain Relieving Lotion, and Ultra Strength Bengay Cream have been used for pain relief.
- Heat or Ice: Applying heat or ice to the affected area can help relieve symptoms.
- Pressure: Applying pressure to painful areas with the palm of your hand or using an elastic bandage may help.

Always consult with your doctor before trying new treatments.
