My neurologist prescribed me D2 1.25MG, that's 50,000 unit once a week. I continue to take OTC D3 5000unit daily. It's been a month now and I have noticed an overall improvement in my day to day. Just like my experience with LDN, it's hard to describe but it is there. I worried at first because that's a lot of vitamin D but since they are metabolized differently I have gotten past the worry. Hi Bion, it's hard to point out anyone supplement unless we take one at a time, but if you are feelin benefits that good. Vitamin D naturally occurs, if we can get more that's good l.
I take 5000iu daily of D3. That is a limit with MS. Too much can play havoc with calcium levels which could lead to kidney stones, they are not fun.
LDN has made a huge difference for me, I feel more awake, getting to 4.5ml by November.
I have been researching Lions Mane Mushrooms too which are packed with D2. It's lookin like I'll take that too once the LDN has got to full dose.
Good luck....

I take 5000iu daily also. I assume it's like most MS "treatments", supposed to help slow progression. 🤷‍♀️

Good to hear about the hair thing. Between hereditary and Gilenya it's been a race to the drain for me. Sounds stupid but I'd like to see it all grey before all gone lol thanks for answering
