I have been taking high dose D3. I was at about 12,500 iu for the past year. Along with the 120mcg of K2. My vitamin D level is high for the first time in years. Not dangerously high. But it was flagged on my report, as you can see. A couple weeks ago, i dropped back down to about 7,500 iu. My neurologist only requested my D3 level be tested after I told him about the dosage. I take 10,000 IU daily, plus 1,000 in my multi so actually 11,000 per day.

I take 1000 IU when I remember to take it. My level is good, at least my doctor says it is.

I take D3 2000 mg twice a day & my levels is just about right. If you take to much D3 is not good foryou. Wish you the best of luck with yours man

I do a 4000 mg vitamin D that Costco sells & keeps my levels around 60. If it gets higher than that…my PCP starts to question me & worry about over supplementation. He gets on me about my B12 usage too…as my levels stays high around 200. 💪🏾
