The blood test hydroxy Vit D is used most commonly to evaluate deficiency.

btw, those are two different vitamins. D is best absorbed with calcium.

I’ve never taken vitamin K,
Prior to taking vitamin D supplements my vitamin D levels were in the low 20’s, I take 5000 units vitamin D now and my levels of vitamin D hover near 50

thanks for asking an interesting idea, I noticed it from health guru Madgalena (can't get her Polish last name). She has a vitamin supplement of this very combo on her site called Wellena.
