Definitely , always when I have family over and I'm doing too much. My back just wants to give out. I have to go and lay on floor/ flat surface. 20 mins or so. Helps.
Or betw chores.

If I don't stop ,(usually I sit), MS stops me, can't walk,life gets even harder, learn to no when to stop, I think of myself as a shit rechargeable battery , one overnight charge and get maybe 0-4 hours of work (that includes driving) before I'm out of charge and literally my legs just collapse and I'm stuck on the ground , and push to hard today get less for tomorrow. And as Chris said the resulting injuries, , The joys of it all......

Te entiendo una de esas veces que iba a sufrir una caída por culpa del desbalance por poco la cuerda que tenía en la mano da vuelta a mi cuello. Es tétrico pero después de ello me da gracia pues en el momento me asuste pero ahora me rió al recordar que en ese momento era mejor soltar la soga y dejarme caer que aguantarme para no caerme.

Caidas, tengo una cantidad de raspones. Siento que aprendí a caer sin que mi cabeza este en mucho riesgo. Un problema con mis primeas caídas fue ponerme de pie de vuelta. Tuve que ver muchos videos de YouTube y practicar ponerme de pie de vuelta, y ahora, si siento el más mínimo desbalance aprendí a pararme, y lo llamo "rebalancearme", volver a ganar balance, y dar unos pasos más, y parar de vuelta. A veces tardo mucho en llegar a un lugar, pero hace tiempo que no caigo de vuelta y la cabeza está bien. Rodillas, manos y pompis... han vivido su experiencia.

I had a hip done last week so here are my days since. Wake up eat exercise. Sleep eat exercise sleep eat and go to bed just milk it 😀
