Sometimes my head feels full, but it feels like when I turn my head that my brain turns slower than my head and then catches up to the turn. Hope that makes sense. Like my brain is loose inside my head. Only us MSers have these weird symptoms that no one else understands or even believes. @A MyMSTeam Member I hope your hearing returns πŸ’œ.

I don't know what it feels like to be on a plane, but from context it sounds like something I also get. It happens sometimes when I stand up. There's pressure in my head, my ears feel like they're plugged up, pressure behind my eyes, and my right leg goes numb.
Is that similar to what's happening for you?

πŸ€” Recently? Yes.
Sound is slightly muffled, like after plane ride, before ears pop. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
I just keep yawning until it clears. πŸ˜•

Exercise part 2: I Forgot to add, standing, and hold for 10 secs. Can be done sitting also. And hold on to something, for you may get dizzy at the beginning

My PT has me do exercise for this feeling, look straight ahead, then slowly turn to the right all the way, then forward again and slowly turn to the left all the way. Repeat 10 x. You may not feel any change at first. But make it part of your exercise regime. Hopefully this helps it has helped me
