Ya I have one I wear for both I sometimes get a eye my left that will twitch for days and I get headaches often u can heat or cool it it's pretty handy they sell it oddly enough at Walmart in the beauty department and it has a nice velcro srap to keep it on my boyfriend has used it with a toothache

I was seeing Five things at once in My Left Eye. I wore an Eye patch for a Week and this went away.
