Ii was told to get a lawyer. Took me a yr and half before my court date.

It took me 5 years denied twice and found a great attorney. I had a virtual hearing and the judge wondered with my medical records (about 10,000 pages worth) how the hell did it come to him.

Thank you everyone for your input. My lawyer filed another appeal and we're currently waiting for a date to get in front of a Judge. The crazy thing is the first appeal was denied on info from a doctor I only seen once when I moved to Texas. I asked the guy handling my appeal did he need me to send him my records from Florida, even my lawyer asked and he told both of us he already had them. The denial later stated they didn't have my Florida records so there was no evidence that I saw doctors and was diagnosed before December 2023

I have a lawyer and my first appeal was just denied after waiting almost 2yrs for a decision. I'm just broken right now. Not sure what to expect now.
