You might want to talk to your doctor. I had a relapse and was switched to Tysabri. FWIW, other than that first shot, I really liked the convenience of Kesimpta and only felt bad after the first one.

Guess I was lucky, no side effects!😁

I currently take Kesimpta and had the same issue with my first dose. I forgot that my specialty pharmacist told me to take a standard dose of ibuprofen and a Claritin about 30 minutes before giving myself my shot. I have been on Kesimpta for about 3 years now and haven't had an issue since! Hope this helps!
