I’m depressed since I can’t speak because of my autism and I stutter.

I’m at the point where I don’t talk at all. I have become more self conscious.

@A MyMSTeam Member my balance is off so walking isn't as easy as it was, but I do it. Sometimes I get a surprise and end up on the floor. Last fall I had, I believe, was caused by osteoarthritis not MS, but the falling was the same. I do use a walking aid if I feel I need to. I've been using my walker while I wait for an appointment with the orthopedic doctor. I have a lot of problems with my hands but I use them as much as possible

Take a deep breath, relax, speak slowly with confidence It's true, use it, or lose it. I have the same attitude with balance and walking with RRMS

No. I talk and loved ones are patient and strangers always seem to talk back to me. If I can't remember a word it seems to be ok.

No! The people that bring Joy into my life that I trust, already know that I have trouble finding words. I end up finding it after I stop trying so hard to find it. Surround yourself with people who bring you Joy!
