Having walking difficulties, anybody using the drug Ampyra, does it help much and any side effects.

Hi All, Thanks for your replies on this drug, I will ask my neurologist about it for walking.

I'm on this medication. I find that it's helpful. I still get tired and I still have the symptoms, but it does give me a little more endurance. But I do feel like my legs, feet, and body feel it at the end of the day.
