I drink milk a lot for the calcium that I lost from radiation therapy for cancer. The milk doesn't seem to make me any worse nor does other milk products. I do not eat red meat and have always been easy on the salt, since my dad died of a heart attack
Yes except for the salty things-limit your salt intake, please. You can follow the Atkins or Keto/low carb diet but it would be best if it was short-term (I know someone who followed it longer than a year and additional benefits occured to her, sadly she's not on it anymore).
I do all of those. I drink a cup of milk every day. I do limit salt because of high blood pressure. Red meat when we can afford it, we mostly eat deer meat. It's red but very lean.
