Plan everything in advance from who will accompany you, what you will wear, emergency personal supplies ( briefs, meds), your questions & present health, plan what walker, cane that you now use & will take. Bring your ear buds for listening to music. Go shopping or read a romance novel, workout, garden to take your mind off the appointment .
