Anyone have any tips to help out with weight loss. Since I've been diagnosed I've stayed between weight. I only stay between the two. I can't seem to shed anymore. I walk a lot for work which is great and I wear a 10lb vest too. But nothing is coming off. Any help would be great.

I intermittent fast to keep my weight down and hopefully extend my life. Not everyone can though as my wife cab't as she gets sick if she doesn't eat regularily. I'm a former Marine so 16 hours without eating is no big deal.

I work graveyard so I skip lunch to sleep. When I wake up I usually eat something small. And when I'm at work I only eat if I'm hungry.
