I currently take 500mg IR every 12 hours. At first it made me drowsy and I didn’t really have trouble sleeping but now it’s the opposite. I’ve maybe slept a total of 4 hours in the last 3 days. I’ve tried CBD, melatonin, mixtures of both with other sleepy herbs and magnesium. I’m at a loss 😩 and I’m worried about another seizure at this rate. I don’t see the neurologist for another 2 weeks. Any advice is greatly appreciated ❤️

Your body accommodates eventually! Make sure your doctor has you on his low dose as possible! My seizures are from anxiety, so my doctor keeps me on the 500 despite occasional seizures on it! But that means I had to control my caffeine intake and anxiety levels! Praying for your sister!

You may not want to go down this route, I use THC gummies every night. I rotate my Ativan Rx because I don’t want to become dependent on that one. Good luck, @A MyMSTeam Member!
