What's the longest any of you have experienced the MS HUG? Whether it be the whole chest, midsection or on just one side?

Randomly for a couple of months so far. I've just explained it to people that it's like wearing a sports bra that's three sizes too small.

It was the whole chest with me felt like someone was sticking there fingers between my ribs
