Good question! I like to wear a soft stretchy sports bra for everyday use . I don’t deal with MS hug all the time so I do wear regular wired bras as well depending on what I am wearing or where I am going . I don’t feel comfortable going braless in public but a lot of people do, so that’s an option if you need to. Just try out a few different ones and see what feels most comfortable for you . Hope that ms hug goes away and stays away.

Thank you ladies. I can't do wires at all anymore and even my sports bras sometimes set it off. I'm going to try that camisole! Too big to go braless. If I could I'd just have the things removed lol.
