While it's understandable to be interested in medications that claim to help with memory, the research shows that prescription medications specifically studied for MS-related cognitive issues are more likely to be effective.

Stimulant medications like Provigil, Nuvigil, Adderall, or Ritalin, when prescribed by your doctor, have shown success in helping MS patients with focus, attention, and memory issues. These medications work by helping your brain stay more alert and improving your ability to concentrate. Instead of over-the-counter supplements, consider these practical strategies for managing forgetfulness:

• Use a pillbox divided by days of the week
• Set up medication reminders using apps like CareZone
• Keep medications in the same visible location
• Make daily to-do lists
• Minimize distractions when working on tasks
• Use GPS navigation when driving
• Keep a small notebook for important reminders

@A MyMSTeam Member I'm not wanting to use it. My husband and I were talking about whether they worked. He has memory problems also.

Good Question; I haven't used it myself besides, it's too expensive for me anyway. It might be too expensive for many on this forum but if you can save some money or get some,$ and try it who knows, it might work.
