I think it would be wise to verify that these people really do have MS. The criteria for diagnosing has changed. My friends on these groups say because they never took DMTs they never had an MRi...they were diagnosed before MRIs existed. They were told to just learn to live with it. Some have not sen a Neurologist in years.
