Try having your sex hormones levels checked estradiol, progesterone and testosterone all three. There's a low and a low for you. It can make a BIG difference not just with the sex part but, with just MS stuff in general fatigue, motivation ect.

My issue is my sexual parts are over stimulated, I feel aroused 24/7 as to where it is irritated, and it starts to hurt. It’s very sensitive. If I touch my butt cheek I feel it. What is going on. I hate it!
