I had IV infusions for 5 days in a row, different from your dose and administration I know. But this may help...
the bitchyness started on day 4 and lasted about a week to 10 days past last infusion. i wanted to crawl out of my skin for about 3 days. and I ate anything and everything that didn't eat me first for about a week.
My advise, go for walks outside weather and physical ability permitting of course, love on your pets and kids if you have them, and keep your thoughts and opinions to yourself. That stuff removes all filters and what comes out of your mouth you wouldnt say to your worst enemy on a regular day so...

Common side effects from Solu-Medrol typically begin to gradually improve as your body adjusts to the medication. These temporary effects can include:

• Upset stomach
• Restlessness
• Sleep disturbances
• Headache
• Sweating
• New hair growth on face or body If you take Solu-Medrol for several weeks or months, your body may require several months before all side effects fully subside and your body returns to normal. Always notify your doctor if you experience any concerning symptoms like swelling, rapid weight gain, joint pain, or unexplained bruising.

Remember to take extra precautions against infections while on Solu-Medrol since it suppresses the immune system. This includes frequent hand washing and avoiding contact with sick people.
