While there aren't specific medications for MS-related cognitive symptoms once they develop, cognitive rehabilitation exercises may help improve thinking and memory skills. There are members who have lived with MS for decades while maintaining mobility. One member diagnosed in 1989 shares that while they appear to function well physically, they still manage symptoms like fatigue and balance issues. The progression and symptoms of MS can vary significantly from person to person, with some experiencing more cognitive impacts than physical ones.
