É difícil lidar com essa doença. Você nunca sabe o que está por vir. Aguente firme, guerreiro. Deus não lhe dará mais do que você pode suportar.

One of the most challenging aspects of MS, particularly PPMS, is its "invisible" nature. While others may not see your symptoms, your experience with falls, tingling, dizziness, weakness, choking, and temperature sensitivity are very real. It's completely understandable to feel emotional about receiving this diagnosis - many people with MS have similar feelings when finally getting answers about their symptoms. Living with PPMS can present unique challenges compared to other forms of MS. While it may feel isolating, remember that your symptoms and experiences are valid, even if they're not visible to others. Taking it one day at a time and maintaining hope while working with your healthcare team is a positive approach. Your attitude of gratitude and determination to face each day's challenges is admirable.
