I am still only 54 however, I love to hang with older people. I love when talking with people, I am more comfortable...in our brewery, we have an older lady that joins us. Now she wears make-up and smiles. that makes me happy! What makes you happy when you give?
I was watching tv the other day and one older woman told her friends "we need to be thankful we got old, not everyone gets that chance".
I am 64, turn 65 next month - old but still not old enough for state pension due to moving goal posts 🤣 Nothing makes me happier than giving… I love to make others happy, young and old alike. The smallest giving gesture can make someone happy, which then makes me happy - it’s a win win 🥰
I found movemed.co.uk

I'm 71. It does not take a lot to make me happy. Reading, working a crossword puzzle. I enjoy talking to people when I'm at the store. Many carry on a conversation with me. Occasionally someone will look at me like I'm strange but that's ok. I have noticed that people like to be complimented. I may say how much I like someone's clothing. How pretty their smile is, how nice their perfume is. It costs me nothing. I once spent about 15 minutes talking to a gentleman at the store. I didn't know him and my husband was waiting for me but it seemed like he needed to talk to someone. I don't have extra money to donate to causes but I can surely spend a little of my time
What oral DMD are you on? What do you like about it? Going on one but I don’t know what to choose.
