When I turned 25...I said under my breath, gosh I feel 55 (wasn't dx yet). Now I am 55 and I feel like a senior citizen. I hear SO MANY people say they still feel like they are teenagers. Ouch, UGH, HURT, damn!

Members with MS opened up about the wide gap between how old they feel mentally versus physically, with many describing feeling decades older in their bodies while their minds still feel young. Several members shared that their age experience shifts daily, feeling anywhere from their 20s on good days to their 80s or 90s on bad days, with fatigue, mobility issues, and brain fog being major factors. A recurring theme was finding meaning and gratitude despite physical limitations, with many leaning on humor, faith, nature, and community support to keep going.
